For the benefit and protection of our exhibitors, the following policy will be in effect regarding the service of alcoholic beverages in meeting rooms or on the show floor at the exposition facility.

• Alcoholic beverages may only be served in enclosed meeting rooms or within show floor exhibit space by the exhibitors who have executed an Exhibit Space Contract for such meeting room with TechWeb. (“Sponsor”).
• Beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages may be served, provided all of the conditions contained herein are met. The right to serve alcoholic beverages may be withdrawn by sponsor if it finds any violations of these conditions.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be sold by the exhibitor, nor may any other fees be charged in connection with the provision of alcoholic beverages; this policy is for complimentary beverage service only.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be carried from, or consumed outside, the exhibit space.
• Alcoholic beverages may not be served to minors or otherwise served in violation of any state or local law.
• Each exhibitor who wishes to serve alcoholic beverages must notify and receive the consent of the exclusive provider of catering services for the exhibit hall in which they are exhibiting, paying any charges that may be required.
• Sheraton’s bartenders must pour all alcohol and be hired to service your booth.
• The exhibitor must make appropriate arrangements for the security of its alcoholic beverages inventory after exhibit hours; sponsor cannot be responsible for lost or stolen inventory.
• Each exhibitor who wishes to serve alcoholic beverages must return a copy of this memorandum, signed by an authorizing officer, to the Show Operations Department. In so signing, the exhibitor agrees that it will abide by all conditions hereof and further agrees that it will indemnify and hold harmless sponsor, show management and Sheraton Hotel & Towers all exposition sites and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any claim, suit, judgment, liability or expense arising in connection with, or resulting directly or indirectly from, the service of alcoholic beverages by such exhibitor.
